Our client wanted to transform his house into a holiday home for guests; a house that would stand out from the competition! He wanted to start testing the market for interest before he started any work to see if he was making the right decision and whether there would, in fact, be any interest in a house in this style, in this location.

The client got in touch via email and had a call to discuss the requirements of the project. This was an unusual project as there was no floorplan. Instead, he shared images fo the house with measurements drawn on. This client knew exactly what he wanted, so he sent us links. He also had many existing items in the rooms which would be remaining there and he sent us photos of these.
