What is the process?

Send us a DWG file format of your building - this is usually created by your architect and includes all the dimensions. Then tell us about your preferred style, target customer and colour scheme. If you have any links to fixtures, fittings or furniture you want to be included, please send these over also. With this information, we produce your rendering.

What if I only have a floor plan without exact dimensions?

That is fine, we can extrapolate the dimensions, but images will be less accurate than were we to have the DWG file.

Can I choose my own fixtures and fittings?

Yes, you can make it fully bespoke - from the fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms, flooring, tiles and cabinets. Any brand, colour, surface texture or shape.

How long will it take?

The average timeline for 1 unit with 5 rooms is only one week. We also have an express service which turns around an image within 24 hours for £100 extra.

Can I make changes to the images?

Yes! We provide 2 iterations for free and then if you are still not happy with them, we charge a £100 for generating new images.
